We are an importer/manufacturer located in Montebello, California with associates and partners in Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand who are committed in providing us with best of products according to our desired specifications. We specialize in sashimi grade tuna products as such as steaks, loins, saku, cubes, and ground meat. While our specialty is tuna, we also take pride in sashimi grade halibut, albacore tuna, swordfish, mahi, tilapia, and escolar. All of our products are carefully sourced and processed through our various overseas plants that are closely monitored in keeping of health and safety regulations and are HACCP certified, undertaking requirements and specifications put forth by us and our clients.
