| About | Kemer Textile has been established since 1989 as a manufacturer and exporter of ready made garments. Our range of production consists of Woven and Knitted garments, mostly concentrated in ladies and children s casualwear. Our main philosophy is to follow the fashion closely and serve our customers as fast as we can according to the end consumer's current needs. In our woven group we are manufacturing items like trousers, shirts, dresses, bermudas, skirts made up from various printed yarn dyed and solid fabrics such as voile, canvas, twill and poplin. In the knitted group we produce t.shirts, blouses, sweat shirts, cardigans and pants made from fabrics like interlock, jersey, fleece and rib. In both woven and knitted collections we are used to working with different constructions and mixtures of materials like cotton, polyester, viscose, polyamid, silk,linnen, wool and acrylic. One of our specialization areas is garment dying.This feature enables us to be flexible in producing even small quantities in order to deliver all of our customers sold items.We are also experienced in garment washing, so as to give a casual and vintage look to our products made up from cotton.As we are manufacturing these kind of products since many years, our customers are preferring us in making total look collections. Our factory is based in Istanbul on three flats of approximately 2.300 m2. Styling, cutting, quality control and packaging processes are being performed in our own premises. Stitching, washing and dying is made by our subcontractors. All our size gradations and cutting plans are made with computerized Lectra systems. |
