Kalpaka was started in 1998 and located on a sprawling site in the eastern harbour town of Tuticorin / India . Due to its unique climatic conditions round the year, Tuticorin is an important Coconut Processing Centre of India and naturally coconut shell and coconut shell charcoal is abundantly available.
