| About | Kaifeng Huanghe Air Separation Group Co., Ltd. was founded on 1979, and have become new-type system enterprise on 2003. Our company has four subsidiary companies:Kaifeng Huanghe Oxygen Plant Co.,Ltd., Kaifeng Kaichuang Measuring Instrument Co.,Ltd., Kaifeng Changshun Instrument Co.,Ltd., Kaifeng Dazhong Air Separation Plant Installation Co., Ltd.. In China, now our company is a key powerful and advanced enterprise at development and design, manufacture and sales, engineering completion, installation and commission, remodification and maintenance, spares provising, technical consultation, after sales service etc. of air separation plant. The total occupied area of our company is 120,000 square meters; the construction area is 41,000 square meters. Our company possesses 286 units of various kinds of processing machines and inspection equipment, of which large numerical-control machines and equipment are 14 units. Our company has whole staff of 460 employees, among them, 136 are engineers and technicians, 26 are senior engineers, 50 are engineers, and 11 are senior technicians. With annual sales value RMB50 million Yuan, and complete plant capability of 20~30 sets every year. We are an enterprise group which integrates design, manufacture, sale, engineering package, installation and adjustment, reform and maintenance, production and supply of spare parts for the air separation equipment, the technical inquiry and the perfect after-sales service system into one unit. More than 200 sets of air separation units (ASU) in various varieties have been produced by our company, of which more than 100 sets are over 1,000Nm3/h in large-sized and medium-sized. Our products can be found all over china in the industries of iron and steel metallurgy, petroleum and petrochemicals, chemicals and fertilizer, co-chemicals, and construction material. Our products have been exported to Nigeria, Kazakhstan and other countries. The large-sized of 15,000Nm3/h and 28,000Nm3/h ASU independently designed and manufactured by our company have been put into productive operation in Feb, 2006 and Oct, 2008, with excellent performance and reliable operation, the indicators of oxygen nitrogen and argon products' output purity consumption all up to the design requirements. Our company has perfect quality assurance system and after-sale service system. The processing of all products is under the strict supervision from design to manufacture and delivery, and every workmanship process can be traced. Our company has passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate in 2004, and obtained the Design and Manufacture License to the class D1 and D2 for special equipment issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. We also obtained the Design Manufacture and Installation License to the GC2 and GC3 for pressure pipeline, as well as class 2 qualification for the construction engineering. We still can design and manufacture various varieties and specification of air separation equipment from 1,500~40,000Nm3/h in accordance with customers' specific requirements. And customers' simultaneous requirements to the gas and liquid products of high pure-oxygen, nitrogen, and argon can be satisfied. In addition, our company designs, manufactures, and sells various varieties and specifications of centrifugal compressors from 21,000~108,000Nm3/h, oxygen and nitrogen piston compressors, turbo-expanders from 1,500~6,500 Nm3/h, various varieties specifications of cryogenic valves, shell and tube heat exchangers, tanks, pressure vessels, and the various varieties of spare parts for the equipments and machines hereinabove as well.
