We are presently distributing products in Negros area and we plan to import detergent and household products to distribute to entire Visayas and Mindanao region. I am planning to contact distributors in different major cities to distribute the product. My company will do the marketing and importation and distribute it in the Visayas and Mindanao area. I want to have a single product line to concentrate for distribution. I want to know the average pricing that will be very competitive in our area due to financial status of my target market which is mostly C & D market. I will be competing with Procter and Gamble, Colgate and Uniliver. I want to tap the low income market and I understand that China will be the best source for this product. I also want to know the mode of paymet Letter of Credit or whatever possible.. Before I establish this company I was connected with San Miguel Campocarne Corporation handling the sales operation for different parts of Visayas and Mindanao. With my extensive connection in the area I can easily establish different distributors in several major areas in the region. All I need is to get the right product. |
