About	Manufacturing company KMM Processing is a partner of KMM Metals SIA, which is leading manufacturer of copper alloys semi finished products in the Baltic States. KMM Processing activity is to provide quality services in high-precision CNC turning of various materials. Our workshop allows us to produce CNC parts promptly and in tight tolerances with series from one hundred up to several million pieces. We are able to machine parts with a diameter up to 406 mm and lengths up to 864 mm. Assortment of goods includes a large variety of different fittings, bushes, axle-bearings, lined bearings, needles, electrodes and other rounded billets. These products have a wide range of application in areas such as automotive industry, pipeline transportation, plumbing, machinery, optical and medical instruments, etc. Our workshop is equipped with modern high-performance CNC lathes with sub spindles, bar feeders, heat-treatment oven, measuring tools and gauges for the quality control of exit products. The company delivers its products to the customers by its own transport and it also uses the services of freight forwarding companies. Our company follows the philosophy of Lean production. We employ certified professionals in the field of computer-aided design and manufacturing. Qualified CNC specialists provide adjustment of the machines. All these people know and love their job. We estimate CNC part`s cost according to customer`s drawing. We accept CAD data in all popular exchange formats. The unique method of casting and location under the same roof with the foundry allow us significantly reduce production costs for our CNC parts made of different copper alloys, while maintaining excellent quality.
