| About | We take the opportunity to introduce ourselves as an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Manufacturer-Exporter of Industrial Leather Gloves, Leather Jackets, Apron and other Welding Apparels, based at Kolkata. We have been in this trade for the last 6 years. We have our own associated Leather Processing Units with a production capacity of almost 5,00,000 sq.ft Grain Leather made from Cowhide, Buffalohide and Goathides and 1,50,000 sq.ft Split Leather per month. Our Leathers are PCP, TCP, Chrom VI free and we also maintain Ph between 3.5-7.5 for our leathers. Our Gloves Manufacturing Unit us equipped with all types of modernized machineries as under:---- a) Our Cutting Department possess hand cutting department as well as Clicking Machines with a cutting capacity of 3,000 pairs gloves per day with a monthly yield of 78,000 pairs per month. Our Hand Cutting department has a capacity of 7,000 pairs (approx) per day with a monthly yield of 1,82,000 pairs per month. b) Our Sewing Department contains 26 nos. Cylinder Bed Single Needle Sewing Machines along with Zig Zag and Binding Machines with a sewing capacity of 5,500 pairs of gloves per day and a total yield of 1,45,000 - 1,50,000 pairs per month. We also have our associated Sewing Units from where we can possess 2,000-3,000 pairs per day with a total yield of 70,000 pairs per month. c) Our Checking Packing Department is equipped with Automatic Hot Iron Hands and Forming Machines and Packing Machines to give proper shape of the gloves. Our gloves are checked by expert Checking People of this trade under the supervision of highly educated and experienced Quality Control supervisors. We are certified with CE Certificates [EN388, EN420 and EN12477] from CTC France some of our articles of gloves. We are exporting mainly to Germany and Austria regularly and repeatedly and at this moment and all our customers are satisfied with our quality. Now, we are contemplating to increase our business little further, as we believe that you are importing leather gloves regularly from India. |
