User's comfort radically changes user's perception of masks. We have performed a series of tests and quality assessment interviews after working with potential professional mask users who work in the industries of constructions, automobiles and others. Their reactions speak clearly for themselves: "It's soft. Once you put it on, you forget it", "dust doesn't get in, because the nose piece makes it very leaktight" and "it's light and you sweat less". Each of our products is conceived on the basis of the behaviors of our most demanding users and the precise knowledge of their practical expectations. The product is made a reality through the involvement and mobilization of a multidisciplinary project team which devises a comprehensive response that combines research and development, purchasing, production, marketing, publicity and advertising, sale and logistics. In 2009, we created a new workshop, employed 100 workers and expanded our product lines. Now, our product range includes cup shaped particulate respirators, horizontal fold flat particulate respirators, vertical fold flat particulate respirators, cymbiform fold flat particulate respirators and surgical face masks.
