| About | Jiangyin Huaxin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., locates in Jiangyin City,Jiangsu province.We are manufacturer specializing in the production of polyester staple fiber(PSF) and modified polyester (QINLUN) fiber,tow and TOPS. Currently, we have 5 polyester staple fiber production lines and 2 modified polyester fiber production lines. Annual production capacity is 35,000 tons of white and colored polyester staple fiber and 22,000 tons of modified polyester fiber. The main items of polyester staple fiber(PSF) is 1.4D-15D,cut length 32mm-102mm,colors are raw white/bright white/optic white as well as dope dyed colored fiber.Based on the different purpose of fiber,we can offer different grade to assist our customers to have very good cost control.1.4Dx38mm reg.AAA & AA,raw white,has 100% dyeing guarantee,especially for reg.AAA,it has very similar color as virgin fiber,many spinning mills now is using 1.4Dx38mm reg.AAA raw white to replace virgin fiber ,the price of reg.AAA is always 10 cents less than the virgin fiber. Normally the English counts of yarn if using 100% reg.AAA,can be upto 40s.If using reg.AA,the English counts of yarn can be upto 30s,with 100% dyeing guarantee. For 3D x32mm/64mm,raw white and colored,it can be used for producing artificial fur ,non-woven as well as spinning yarn.For 7D,15D,colored PSF,normally we are supplying to the carpet manufactories. Have to highlight here for the new products:modified polyester staple fiber,we call it QINLUN FIBER,it has same hand feeling/dyeing ability as acrylic fiber,many Chinese spinning mills are using it to replace acrylic fiber,when blend with 20% acrylic fiber,the hand feeling of yarn is just same as the yarn made from 100% acrylic fiber.We can offer 1.5D-15D ,raw white/bright trilobal ,solid and high bulk QINLUN fiber/tow and TOPS,customers can reduce around 30% cost by using QINLUN FIBER. Our products are reputable in the domestic market and are exported to Europe, India, Pakistan, Russia, and South America.
