| About | Factory Scale Our new production base covers an area of about 40000 square meters, and possesses complete facilities, standard workshops and graceful modern office environment. There are 30 salesmen, 20 assistants and 300 workers in our firm. We can produce about 300,000pcs per day in hot season and 200,000pcs per day in flat season. Production lines Our firm has three modern production lines, nylon zipper lines, derlin zipper lines and metal zipper lines. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality zippers to meet multiple demands of customers. Zipper Machines Every year, we bring in some advanced manufacturing facilities so as to enhance the modernized automation production ability and make high-quality zipper products. Workers' skills Every worker need to get professional training for 2 Months before they start to work in our factory. Testing machines Advanced quality testing instruments and strong professional testing force for testing zipper strength, nickel content, Needle and Color fastness guarantee the product quality. To ensure the quality, the zippers and sliders are in line with international standards. Our products have passed the tests of many authoritative organizations. Test Certificates Our zipper factory has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management certification. Our zippers have passed the certification of Oeko-Tex Standard 100 in Switzerland, and ITS, SJS and BV tests. We have our own Zipper quality reports for your reference. Work Experience We have more than 14 years of production experience for zippers and we get more knowledge and experience for quality control. We clearly know that, zipper quality means all to us. Management With the management idea of "High Quality, Credit Standing, and Satisfactory Service", our company is constantly improving our management and product quality and setting up a marketing network and an after-sales service system. Raw material We purchase quality raw material for making zippers according to rules. We clearly know that zipper quality mostly depends on raw material. We don't use defective materials. Others We have our own big dyeing workshop and technicians to control zipper tape color fastness. We have our own electroplating workshop to control plating colors for washing and rubbing. We have metal electroplating color cards and zipper tape color cards for customers' convenience and selections. We also make normal zipper pullers for ourselves to keep standard quality in our factory. For special pullers, we have excellent puller manufacturers from Taiwan. We have done good business with them. One of their factories is in Shanghai. Service There are 30 salesmen and 20 assistants for supplying customers with excellent services. We set up a marketing network and an after-sales service system. We have branch offices in many cities. Delivery time Our delivery time is 10 days after confirmation in flat season and 15 days in hot season. Environmental Protection We have a sewage treatment workshop for Environmental Protection.
