| About | Jiangsu Hongrui New Material Co., Ltd. subordinate to Hongrui Group (Jiangsu) was established in August, 2009. The factory of Hongrui Group is suited at the east side of Hongrui Road in Suqian Economic Development Zone. The whole factory occupies 110 acres, including 41,000 square meters of plants and 25,000 square meters of offices and dormitories. We are engaged in the research and production of self-adhesive materials and other compound materials, taking advantages of high technology and research ability of Macromolecular Material Department in Nanjin University of Technology (named as Nanjin University of Technology before). Our independent production capability of glue and mature technique of coating compound allow us to offer unparalleled products and services, which are widely reputed both domestically and internationally. Our annual output of self-adhesive paper is around 5000mt. We can produce various kinds of self-adhesive paper and films, including high glossy cast coated paper, art paper (glossy and matt), bar code paper, thermal paper, color inkjet paper, wood free offset printing paper, fluorescent paper, PVC, PET & PP paper and others. We have two automatic multi-functional coating lines, one with machinery web 1600mm and the other with 1400mm. The main water glue and hot melt glue in current market have the problems of short shelf life on limited climate, sensitively influenced by temperature and losing adhesion easily as time goes. We have invested USD50,000 in glue research and finally get high quality multi-functional oil glue with the advantages as follows. 1) Our non-toxic glue is of good adhesion and can stick No. 15 ball continuously in 26 hours from the beginning. 2) Shelf life can reach more than 2 years. The glue bears wider temperature range from the lowest -40 centigrade to the highest 100 centigrade. 3) Glue transmitter can be widely used in paper, rubber, plastics, steel and other hard adhesive materials. 4) We have strict inspection procedures on adhesion to guarantee high quality. |
