Joyko Global Ventures is a Real Estate Investment Company established in 2000. Joyko global ventures is a subsidiary company of Joyko ventures Inc, A USA Investment company, based and doing business in Northridge California. This company is owned and managed by David and Chika Ogunnaike. Both currently reside in Southern California with other successful business ventures in California. Due to increase in Population of Nigerians in Nigeria, and urgent needs to build and develop properties in Nigeria, David and Chika decided to invest in Lands and build affordable homes for the less previledged and working class in Nigeria. Till date, several acres of Land had been aquired in Lekki, Badagry and Ogun State for development in the year 2009. Stay tunned for more future updates in this project.
