| About | JL Carbon Free Energy Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise. Our team began the study of wind energy use and set up an independent R&D department in Changchun in 2000. Moreover, we have made a systemic study of vertical axis wind turbines from aerodynamics, permanent magnet generators, materials, to formation, and made significant development in incorporating JL Carbon Free Energy Co., Ltd.
