INHOUSE FACILITIES: We have in-house sizing and weaving consisting of over 115 Sulzer and Auto looms having the capacity to weave percales up to 300 threads and Sateen up to 350 threads. We have our own setup of processing units (BLEACHING, CONTINUOUS MODERN DYEING & FINISHING, MERCERIZING, SONFORIZING, EMERIZING AND ITALIAN BRAND STATE OF THE ART REGGIANI PRINTING MACHINE) . We are totally vertical manufacturer from yarn to stitching. We setup a sewing unit right in the beginning seeing this to be the future of our business rather than fabrics. Now we have under taken a massive investment in our stitching unit by building a new shed, reconditioning all existing machines, adding many new machines, taking the total numbers 300, and also installed 4 new single needle Quilting machines. SPECIALITY ITEMS: We strongly believe in continues improvement and have invested a lot to acquiring modern machines to develop new products.
