Ivan PR was founded in 2008 in response to a growing market demand for a native Russian translation and Russian search engine marketing service for IT and ecommerce businesses. Initially, it operated under the name Technical Communication Europa and provided its services from www.tceuropa.com. However a year after the launch, the owner decided to rebrand the service to make it better reflect its "Russia oriented" specialization. In March 2009, Ivan PR entered the partnership with Avangate B.V. under which it became a provider of Russian translation services to Avangate and its vendors worldwide.
