Italia Felix is a young company that represents small Italian producers of specialty foods enter foreign markets. We have established relationships with several small Italian suppliers that can still produce goods using recipes transferred from generation to generation, and using only simple and natural products. We only partner with family-owned suppliers that can provide natural and high-quality products. We don't believe in the mass-production processes imposed by the global economy, and we're certain that only genuine, natural foods are worth being consumed for a healthy and energetic life-style. We do not care about quantity. . . We only consider quality. The products are in the US known as: Natural, gourmet, specialty, and organic foods. Most of the goods already have certifications such as D. O. C.; I. G. P. ; DOP; and D. O. C. G. Such certifications are issued by Italy's Department of Agriculture only to those products that can pass very strict quality tests. Our products include: Natural honeys and gourmet honey products; natural jams; prepared tomato sauces of the best quality; pasta; condiments; olive oil; cheese; torroni (chocolate and nougat sweets) . This selection can change according to the American customers' preferences and tastes. We are also working hard to find other outstanding natural foods to add to our collection. We'd like to find buyers in the US that deal with the natural / gourmet / specialty / organic industry to show them our products. Our philosophy is based on being simple, market only nature's best, and create REAL value for the final consumer.
