Carried out by partner factories prior to mass production. Purpose: evaluation craft quality. Sourcing: Sourcing of fabrics, trimmings and manufacturing facilities for mass production of customer's styles. Sourcing of finished goods as per customer's requirements. Carried out by Iris Germanica Sourcing Team. No outsourcing in order to guarantee quality, time efficiency & to control costs.
