| About | INTRACON was founded in 1991. Till 2000 we were concentrating on projecting and development of industrial estates as well as of business companies which were imbalanced. From 2001 onwards we were also investing into small / small-medium sized and profitable firms, which were at least for 4 years at the local market and which were interested in additional capital to finance further growing. We are not interested in short-term participation in a company. We were looking for long term investments-which means at least 10 years or more. Generally we take a company participation of minimum 12, 5% and maximum of 50, 0% of the corporate capital. The following branches are of interest for us: Retail, wholesale, manufacturing, finances, IT, service and house building. Principal requirements are: a) At the market for at least 4 years, b) Profitable company with the wish to expand, c) Return of the capital employed of about 10% till 12% over the relative reverse repo rate, d) Satisfying due diligence, e) Consensual arrangement of a partnership agreement.
