Recognizing the need in the Environmental Industry for specialized and accurate methods to design and optimize air-based hazardous waste treatment systems, IE spend several years perfecting the very first finite element analysis and design software programs (entitledSPARGE and EXTRACT) for industry use. These products, accompanied by since-developed daughter products, offer the only true means available in the world to design and evaluate new and existing in-situ biodegradation remediation systems. IE currently holds the world's record for the largest fully-operational horizontal well deployed bioremediation system at Savannah River, GA (forthe US DoE) . These systems were used to completely remediate chlorinated solvent laden soil and groundwater over an area greater than 25 acres, over 40 feet below the ground surface. Our proprietary cleanup technology can effectively remediate most contaminants under buildings, city streets, shopping centers, manufacturing sites, airports and roads, with no above ground disturbance and with minimal equipment, time and cost.
