The Laboratory of Bioactive Polymers performs fundamental and applied studies on the synthesis of biocompatible, (bio) degradable polymers, functional polymers with biological activity and their structure-properties relationship. New polymer materials that are intended for use in the biomedical field, agriculture and environmental protection are being prepared. Special efforts are focused on the preparation of nanofibrous materials by electrospinning. The Laboratory of Bioactive Polymers provides training for post-graduate students and Ph. D. Students under the supervision of senior scientists. |
