| About | Independent Battery is the only scrap yard south of Calgary, AB Canada that provides mobile scrap pick up. We have five trucks on the road and twelve employees to get the job done. Every three weeks we sell 60,000 lbs of non-ferrous metal. A rough breakdown-70% aluminium, 20%cu products and 10% stainless steel. Specializing in automotive scrap we sell 1300+ scrap automotive batteries per week. We are also the largest buy of scrap catalytic converters in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. This enables us to sell 1500+ scrap converters every three weeks as well. We are always looking for new bids on our scrap converters and metal. |
