Our Peanuts come from Saurashtra Region in the state of GUJARAT, which is known as THE PEANUT BOWL OF INDIA. The Peanuts have the best taste, as compared to any other Peanuts in World. Quality of Peanuts . We have one of the finest HPS Peanuts with a Count of 38/42. There is no admixture. Peanuts are tested by one of the stringent Laboratories certified by the Government of India & Aflatoxin (B1+B2+G1+G2) < 4.0 ppb. There is no presence of Salmonella or Coli form. Roasting - is accurately done on the latest state of the art roasters which have precision control over temperature & ingredients.. This process, gives the true roasted flavour, real crispness and the brownish Golden colour to the Peanuts. The natural sweetness of the Peanuts is maintained, because of this process. Nitrogen Flushed Packaging - is a unique method of ensuring that the peanuts remain crisp, intact and that the freshness is maintained. The packaging also ensures that the Peanuts are not damaged in transit. This is available in 45g packing. We also offer Vacuum Packing for 200g Packs. The material used for packing is Triple Layered Multicolor Laminate which ensures a very long shelf life for the peanuts. Besides for large volume orders packing can be customized to your requirements. Quality - We use only the best of the ingredients, which are tested & certified by some of the leading Test Laboratories in India. No substandard flavors or chemicals are used in the manufacturing process. One of the strongest studies presented to FDA was a six-month controlled study done at Pennsylvania State University, which showed that diets that included peanuts and peanut butter daily reduced the risk of heart disease by 21% as compared to the average diet and by 12% compared to a low-fat diet. Subjects following the "peanut diet" lowered total cholesterol by 11% and the bad LDL cholesterol by 14%. Triglycerides were also lowered but the good HDL cholesterol was maintained.
