| About | IPA, the house of Weighing and Automation was incorporated as a private ltd company in the year 1977 by small group of technocrats. During this period most of the automation packages were primarily imported. The team IPA spotted this as an opportunity and worked towards indigenisation of automation without seeking any kind of foreign collaboration. Needless to say, it was through a team of highly dedicated Engineers who through their sheer determination and commitment achieved this goal successfully. In 1992, IPA has started commercial production of Strain Gauges, which is manufactured by a very few companies world over through leveraging upon the knowledge gathered from National Aerospace Laboratories NAL, Bangalore and went on to achieve yet another milestone in load cell indigenisation process.
