We are a team of ten people, having offices in Jodhpur and Moradabad. Ensuring the quality of the products sourced by us and ordered by our clients is a very important part of our responsibilities. We have adopted the universally acclaimed system of Quality Evaluation known as the AQL (Accepted Quality Level) 2.5/4.0. Based on the principles of categorizing defects as Major and minor and following the acceptability ratio of the same, this system enables our Quality Assurance Executives to decide if the merchandise passes the quality norms of the client. We also do inspection of 100% of shipment merchandise if that is needed. Moreover based on the nature of the product, we ensure that they meet the technical standards, norms & regulations for the Destination country/region - for metal items of edible use; we ensure that they pass the food safety test, lead content test, etc. For furniture & wooden items, we ensure that the moisture content is under the tolerance levels, the wood used is kiln dried, treated & fumigated as per the buyers requirements, as well as the destination country/region norms & regulations.
