| About | We introduce ourselves as the Indian manufacturer and printer of high quality flexible film / Laminates Film & Pouch in the country. The plant has been set up at V. U. Nagar to meet the packaging requirement of food processing industries. The infrastructure set up is the first of its kind in the country designed to offer world-class films. As an overview, the VAREX blown film co-extruded 3-layer film plant from Windmoeller & Hoelscher, Germany is its top-of-the-line product with Optifil P3 and Ultrasonic Controls. The quality of films produced from this plant is having minimum gauge variations besides enhancing the mechanical properties of the films. The NOVOFLEX eight colour, gearless, high speed CI Flexographic Printing machine also imported from Windmoeller & Hoelscher, Germany is fully loaded with automation and control for finer print quality and registration. The inks and diluents used in this printing process is non toxic and toluene free. We use Alcohol based ink, which are approved for food-packaging application all across the world. Our imported Nordmeccanica make lamination machine can produce laminates using both solvent based and solvent less adhesives The new Water line is a versatile machine suitable for making a wide range of pouches shapes like stand-up 3 side seal, 2 side seal, with / without zip, side / top gusset pouches.
