| About | About Us Hunan Electric Power Insulator & Apparatus Factory (also known as HUNAN SANDIAN) is one of the manufactural enterprises produce high-voltage instrument transformers and high-voltage insulators in China, the production and output value is top ranking in China. The factory is located in Liling Hunan province, adjacent to the famous Chinese leader Mao Zedong's hometown Shaoshan, it is in the national two-oriented society demonstration area called Changzhutan city in China, it is also in the center section of high-speed railway from Wuhan to Guangzhou. It takes 1 hour to arrive at Changsha Huanghua International Airport. The factory was established in 1950, and now it is staffed with 600 people, 100 of which are advanced or medium technician. The factory covers an area of 260,000 square metres. The factory building, the production technology and the inspection & testing equipment are top ranking in this field in domestic, for example, the closed air-purifying room, which is a modern workshop covering 10000 square metres. The test hall is equipped with power frequency test equipment of 1500kV without partial discharge and 3000kV impulse voltage generator etc. The factory can produce more than 5000 sets of high-voltage transformers and more than 5000 ton high-voltage electric porcelain within one year. The main products of the factory are 36 kV~550kV oil immersed instrument transformers (upright stand type, inverted type), 36kV~550kV SF6 current transformers. Hunan Electric Power Insulator & Apparatus Factory assures an outstanding service. More than 50,000 sets of high-voltage instrument transformers are saled to more than 10 foreign countries and many places in domestic, 4000 sets 550kV current transformers have been operated in China State Grid, and all of them are in good situation. There is a management system consisting of verified certification of QMS, the EMS and the SHSMS. The factory has consummated certificate of ISO9001 quality management systems, ISO14001 environmental management systems, and GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management systems. |
