| About | We are manufacturer of steel purlin and metal roofing in Malaysia. We provide technical advice and services to meet client's specific requirements and orders. The purlins are made from zinc-coated high tensile steel, to provide efficient, lightweight and economical roofing and cladding support systems for frame structures. Our purlins are supplied with cut-to-length and pre-punched holes. Material Specifications: Base Steel Thickness: 1. 6mm, 2. 0mm and 2. 5mm Steel Grade: High Tensile ASTM 446 Yield Stress: 345 MPa minimum Tensile Strength: 450 MPa minimum Zinc Coating: minimum 275g / m2 Coating mass (Both sides) They are manufactured in sizes nominally 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200mm in depth. In each shape and size, a number of base steel thickness are available. Metal roofing has many advantages and benefits over asphalt / fibreglass shingle roof. This product not only can be used for roofing, it can also be used for wall cladding or temporary fencing. It is popularly used for residential, industrial and commercial applications. They are available in cut to length requirements and it is cost economical. Besides that, we also design and manufacture lightweight roof truss. The steel frame is formed by high tensile galvanized channel and can be easily fabricated and assemble on site. Assembly of trusses only required self-drilling screws with a power screwdriver for fixing the members of trusses together.
