PAYMENT TERMS New clients are asked to pre-pay until we have established a working relationship and credit history. We accept a T/T, Factoring, Letter of Credit, other alternatives must be negotiated directly with our Sales Office. MARKET ORDER The customer places the order a few days in advance in order we can guarantee availability of the varieties that he is looking for: prices are set according to market conditions and may fluctuate on a weekly basis. STANDING ORDERS We can negotiate a fixed orders of flowers that is shipped to the customer every week of the year at a fixed price. This order will have a fixed number of flowers per length and per variety. When the customer places a standing order, he will get the products faster and he does not have to remember to order them. CUSTOMER SERVICE We place the flowers at the disposal of the customer at the cargo agency of his preference at the arranged date and time specified by the buyer and cargo agency. We send our customer the packing lists and invoices the day before the shipment including number of boxes sent, the varieties in each one, the airwaybill number, and the total amount of the invoice.
