Catch Processing. Fishing boats dock at our jetty and the fish is unloaded

The loins are vacuum sealed in polythene bags, weighed labeled and packed in

Polystyrene Boxes (19" x 17" x 15") with gel ice. The gross weight of these

The Whole Fish average upwards of 20Kg are processed and wrapped in a foam

Like material and packed in Cardboard Boxes (61" x 18" x 14") with gel ice.

The gross weight of these is around 115Kg per box.

For U. S. A or some Countries we use Dry Ice depending on the destination.
