| About | Hangzhou Huaxin Crank Foundry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and, since that time, has continued its endeavors to reach the forefront of the industry. With around 50 staff members and 6000 square meters of Yiqiao plant, we manufacture high integrity iron castings. Each of these castings requires close monitoring to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to the metal's tight metallurgical properties. Our company supplies a wide range of castings mainly to the automotive industry, including crankshafts, cylinder blocks and heads, brake drums and discs, differential cases, suspension brackets, steering knuckles, and other non-standard casting parts with a weight of less than 2 tons. The 10% of our products are exported to customers in Western Europe, while most of them are supplied to a giant domestic OEM customer--Zhejiang Xinchai, China's leading manufacturer of diesel engines. We use green sand, resin bonded sand and coated sand molding systems with electric furnaces and cupola furnaces, and also have machining capability for finish products.
