| About | Founded in 2002, Hangzhou Huahong Commercial And Trading Co., Ltd. (HHS for short) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processing, COB (Integrated Circuit Bonding) processing and DIP (Welding Assembly) processing, and specializes in the technology development and application of controllers used in consumer electronic products and small household electric appliances. Our company is also engaged in the sale of special chips, COB set parts and other relative electronic parts and components. HHS has an annual production capacity of 15,000,000-30,000,000 pieces of soft seals and 60,000,000-100,000,000 pieces of SMT. Our company is one of the largest enterprises in Hangzhou. The coordinated process of SMT, COB and DIP greatly reduces clients' middle links and makes the quality more reliable and the delivery faster. HHS has sophisticated equipment, including 2 Japanese fully automatic SMT machines, 2 peak wave welders, 2 reflex flow welders and 12 automatic Aluminum wedge bonders. HHS got ISO9001 Certificate in 2004 and vigorously practices ISO9001 standard and Japanese QC 5S standard in our operation and management. The current main products of HHS are parts and components used in consumer electronic products, household electric appliances, meters and instruments, and electronic medical products. Our main electronic products cover electronic controllers (circuit designs and complete products) used in air conditioners, timers, thermometers, water heaters, automobile electronic parts, electric bicycles and kitchen electric appliances. HSS offers all-round services, including product design & development, optimized techniques, coordinated processing, customer-entrusted purchase, product quality analysis and after-sales service. Currently, HHS has more than 100 employees, and over 60% of the technical and management personnel (26 people) have college, university or higher education background.
