About | Hello there, We are a company called Grants Smokehouse and have smoked quality Oak Smoked Scottish Salmon for 25 years now. We provide for retail supermarkets, hypermarkets and caterers, we have five alternative brand types, each with a unique texture and taste, from our mild entry level salmon brand Craigellachie, to our more premium salmon with a heavy smoked taste called Cambridge house. Here at Grants we do all we can to achieve your requirements, whether you like your salmon smoked in a particular way, whisky smoked for example, or if you have your own sleeves or packaging you would like us to pack, we can do this too. We can provide a consistent product day in day out. We have the capacity to produce upto 100 tonnes of smoked salmon per week with a total team of 123 staff. Grants has a qualified, fully trained Technical team who ensure that all Q>A> procedures are adhered to and 'Set The Standard' within our industry. HACCP teams with specified Team Leaders ensure that the appropriate plans and documentation are carried out to exceed the protocols laid down by the British Retail Consortium. State of the art physical measurement, temperature recording and data logging ensures consistently high quality finished products. Auditors with lead assessor qualifications carry out detailed audits of both internal systems and our external supply sources. A rigorous, long standing third party distribution agreement throughout the U.K. and europe ensures that our customers get the right product on time, every time.
