| Description | Genuine Printhead StarFire SG1024/SC The StarFire™ SG1024/SC is a compact, self-contained unit built to withstand the harsh environment of industrial ceramics production. It uses field proven materials to deliver consistent output over a long service life with continuous ink recirculation and two-color operation at 400 dots-per-inch. Equipped with a single replaceable metal nozzle plate that is designed to withstand abrasion and resist damage. The unit is compatible oil-based ceramic inks. The StarFire SG1024 Ceramic printheads are compatible with oil based ceramic inks and maintenance fluids. Using RediJet technology, the SG1024 continuously recirculates inks through the printhead at the nozzle and refill chamber to increase open time. RediJet allows StarFire printheads to be quickly and easily primed with minimal ink waste thereby increasing the inherent productive capacity of the printing system by reducing maintenance times and associated costs.
