Gartex India uses 100% cotton in Handloom, Powerloom and also shuttle less and cotton blend, jute and polyester blend. For curtains and made UPS, we use sheetings(20S,30S, etc. ), twills, denim, velvet, organdy, voile, terry-voile etc. We do a 100 % inspection of grey fabrics with respect to construction of fabric, Quality, Yarn used, weaving defects, color matching, processing flaws, design placement, measurement, embroidery quality, trimming of threads, stains, labels etc. Before packing.
