This enabled us to formulate a successful product which got recognition among people in a short span of time. Our one German Doctorate conducted research with renowned "Max Planck Institute fuer\ Eiweis and Lederforschung" Munich, on the mechanism of anthron- carbohydrate reaction which has it's importance in the field of medicine. The achievement of other Doctorate is to implement BPCS ERP manufacturing, supply chain and quality/lab Modules, which helped in achieving operating goals i. E effective planning and controlling and resource saving saving of 15%. Operation Our Operation side is managed by a person holding a masters degree in the field of Finance & Operations. He has a strong background of IT with particular expertise in ERP, Corpotate Planning, budgeting, Controlling, Material Planning, Financial Planning, Standard costing and peparation of various management controlling and monitoring reports, New product Planning, and its follow-up with the concerned Departments. His achievements Comprise the creation of Information Management Department from the scratch and building of strong online network of three Locations in Pakistan through satellite and fiber optic technology. And a network of preffered dealers distribution information setup of over 21 locations connected to Head Office. His achievements also include attainment of 15% sales growth by introducing Distribution Resource Planning concept in the organization, establishing a business model where financial and business planning could be done on computer using simulation and what if technique, this process eliminater the cumbersoms planning process and saved a lot of time & hassle of the management and change over the distribution of major cities without the loss of even one day sale, this was achieved by pre planned activities and co ordinations with relevant teams.
