After an extensive marketing research of many months we were confident that exporting towels from India would be the ideal choice as it had the potential for growth and was favored by the locals as well. Accordingly we started this business of exporting towels abroad since 1999 and with it G.M.Exports came in to existence. Slowly but steadily we started with some local customers in Dubai. And when we realized that the sale of the products was growing day by day we saw the need to approach bigger and well established customers with our proposals. After tasting this initial success we were determined to offer excellent service to the existing customers keeping in mind the greater need to tap newer markets in other parts of the world. There were frequent & regular visits to our clients abroad trying to enhance our relationship, to find what the people over there prefer to buy and finding ways & means to provide better satisfaction to our clients and helping them to update with the different varieties in the product available to the customers. At present our conviction and zeal in marketing this product has helped us to find & export to customers in Gulf, South east countries and the U.S.A |
