Furntrade was started in Bangkok 22 years ago. We grew over the years to become Furntrade International - with experienced furniture staff in key Asian countries such as China, Vietnam and Malaysia. We started originally as a basic sourcing, quality control, and service provider. But for the last many years, we continued to enhance our capability to work with buyers in destinations such as USA, Canada and Europe to develop saleable merchandise of relevant specifications and designs, working from initial sketches or ideas. Buyers find our enhanced services to be really helpful to them in their buying decision-making, because they can begin to make merchandise presentations to their business associates in USA, Canada, and Europe as expeditiously as communication via the internet would facilitate, without waiting for prototype construction samples to be completed. The merchandise decision process is made more user-friendly and business-like. The cost of merchandise conformance is always lower than the cost of failure. Merchandise quality-variation issues or specs-deviation issues damage the reputation of all concerned, especially the buyers' reputation, brand and bottom-line.
