About Fu Cheng Hardware Manufacture Factory has been a professional metal and pvc gift manufacturer since 2003. Our branch office is Global Hardware Plastic Limited in Hong Kong. We have supplied metaland pvc gifts to Disney, America Apple Bottom Company and Wal-Mart for a long time. Now we are developing oversea business through Alibaba platform. Our products are mainly made of zinc-alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, iron and stainless steel. Presently, our factory consists of Product Design Department, Mold Tooling Department, Die-Casting Department, Stamping Department, Polishing Department, Assembling Department, Coloring Department, Epoxy Coating Department, Packing Department and Independent Quality Control Department.



Now, we have the production equipment as follows:

1) Mold tooling equipment: 5 units of CNC die carving machines, 2 units of 3-D die carving machines, 4 units of electric discharge machines, 2 units of grinding machines, 4 units of milling machines, 1 unit of lathe, 10 units of drill presses and 5 units of tapping machines

2) Molding machines: 5 units of Zinc alloy die casting machines of 15T/25T/88T/140T/160T, 4 units of aluminum alloy die casting machines of 160T/280T, several 500T oil hydraulic press machines, 6~25T punching machines, mini-punching machines, mini-drill presses and Japanese automatic fine mini- punchers

3) Other fabricating machines: several polishing machines, some hand drill-presses, hand punching machines and 30 units of electronic ovens



All the raw & auxiliary materials have passed environmental testing. The products meet European RoHS standard, Japanese NE71 standard and the standard of American Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (Lead & cadmium-containing and other elements).
