| About | We are wholesale suppliers of some of the best fresh fish and sea produce from Chile's Pacific waters. We mainly handle supplies for the European and North American market sourcing only the best and freshest fish. We maintain direct contact with the producers and processing plants with whom all have the necessary certification. In addition we can supply fresh tuna via our partnership with a European company. At a young age, Yves was entrusted with the task of buying the best fresh fish and vegetables from the local market for the family restaurant. Years later, as an international chef his career took him all over the world working in Tahiti, South Africa, Italy, Great Britain and his homeland, France.
