| About | Founders Investments (Nig) Ltd was incorporated in Nigeria in 1988 under the Federal Republic of Nigeria Companies Act of 1968 (RC #: 111572) as a limited liability company to provide a wide range of integrated products and services. It was registered with the Corporation Division under the Secretary of State for Oregon, USA, in 2001 (Registry #: 017180-97) as a miscellaneous business services company. The Company commenced business operations, with an initial focus on the provision of Medical Services, with the establishment of the Foundation Clinic, Ugba, Logo Local Government Area of Benue State in 1988. Our second medical facility, the Foundation Hospital Makurdi, was established within the capital city of Benue State in 1993. Both medical facilities are still in successful operation today, and they form the bedrock of the Founders Group.
