| About | Established in 2003, Fook Shing Metal&Plastic (SZ) Co., Ltd. is one leading manufacturer in the field of mechanical fabrication located in Shenzhen of China. Our main products are precision turning components, metal stamping, precision injection molding parts, Aluminum extrusion profiles, Aluminum heat sink, etc. Our plants are covering the area of around 17,000 sqm which 6,000sqm is for machining plants. We continuously invested a large capital to build one world-class workshop, which supported by most advanced facilities and more than 380 experienced engineers and skilled technician. Most of our machines are imported from Switzerland, Germany, USA and Japan such as more than 200 units auto lathe and screw machines, 60 units CNC lathe, 62 units CNC machining center, 20 units precision EDM wire-cut, 15 EDM which is including micro EDM and CNC EDM, 30 units stamping machines with various tonnage including high speed model, 30 units precision injection molding, 10 units center-less grinding, 16 units double disk grinding and a 500T impact extrusion machine, 1800T Aluminum extrusion line, etc. We carry out a whole set of quality management system in accordance with ISO9001:2008 standards. Our motto is "seeking for best quality to achieve customers' satisfaction". Production keeps reducing the reject rate and produce more efficiency. Quality is controlled by the most advanced data analysis equipments on the measure statistics such as OXFORD Direct Reading Spectrometers from Germany, fully-automatic CMM from Japan, OLYMPUS metallographic microstructure analyzers, universal testing machines, ST large-screen projectors from the U.S., and Rockwell hardness testers. We also have a lot of microscopes and tooling microscope instruments to control the precision and critical dimension. We ensure all products are in good quality with no defect before shipping to our customers. Our largest capability is about 30,000KPCS/week. The business has covered the various fields such as automobile, computer, medical, lighting, digital, optical communications, consumer products and so on.
