| About | Fong's International Trading Ltd. was established in April 2005 in the heart of the most dynamic economic center in Southern China. Registered in Hong Kong and being operated in Shenzhen, China, we are using Shenzhen as an operation and manufacturing center to take the advantage of low labor costs in order to achieve the highest competitive advantage. Fong's International Trading Ltd. is an OEM / ODM manufacturer specializing in contract manufacturing and final product assembly. Our services include plastic moulding, plastic injection moulding (painting and silk screening services), metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, aluminum casting, steel casting and aluminum forging. We have a 15,000 square-foot warehouse and an assembly plant in Shenzhen. Our partner manufacturer, Losang, is located in Baoan District in Shenzhen - just one hour's drive from one of China's biggest seaports - Yantian Port. Their manufacturing plant is 51,000 square meters in size with over 1000 skilled labors, including senior design engineers, mould design engineers, quality controllers, sourcing managers, production workers and general administrative staff. The manufacturing plant contains state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, for example, high precision tooling machines, up to 1,600 ton injection machines with robotic arm retrieval systems, dust-free paint lines, silk screening workshops, a spacious warehouse, tailored production assembly lines and other high-tech calibration equipment. The plant has recently added two new advanced assembly lines capable of assembling 40 inch LCD/LED televisions. As a sign of quality assurance, our manufacturing plant has obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate to further strengthen our top level management capabilities.
