Our mandate is to continue to establish long-term and trusted supply relationships. Based in Hong Kong, we ship directly from our mines in Thailand and Laos. All serious and qualified direct buyers are welcome including those from Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America and Australia are welcome. All prices for copper, zinc, lead, and silver are based on the London Metal Exchange. Our sales process includes the following: 1. We the seller (Famous Step Trading Limited) issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer) to you the prospective buyer. 2. Upon verification and confirmation of the information, the Buyer confirms acceptance of offer by submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI) in writing. 3. The Seller issues a Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) for Buyers review. 4. The Seller and Buyer sign final SPA. 5. The Buyer opens irrevocable, transferable, non-divisible, Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) in favour of Sellers designated bank account for full value of first two (2) shipments. 6. The Seller opens 2% Performance Bond (PB) in favour of Buyers designated bank account for protection against non-delivery of goods. 7. Seller ships product direct to Buyers port after SGS testing. (Buyer is welcome to send representative to shipping port to observe and monitor SGS testing and loading procedures) 8. Buyer conducts testing/analysis at destination port.
