| About | Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant having an integrated engineering capability is established in a 10,000 sq.ft. area at Pune, 200 km away from Mumbai. We have extensive experience in separation processes across a wide range of industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, agrochemical, dyes & intermediates, aromatics, alcohol, edible oil and oil & gas sectors. Mass Transfer Products : Structured & Random Packing, Tray, Oil & Gas Intenals We are capable of carrying out fabrication from various materials like Stainless Steels, Carbon Steel, Copper, Duplex, Titanium, Hastelloy, PTFE, Polypropylene, etc. Process Equipments : Distillation Column, Pusher Centrifuge, Static Mixer, Heat Exchanger. Projects : Vegetable Oil Refining Plants : With Fenix Centrimix for degumming, neutralizing and washing, Fenix FlexiBleach for color removal, and the innovative Fenix Eco2Flex deodorization, any raw edible oil can be refined to produce a healthy cooking oil. Biodiesel Plants : Fenix has the Shutek Biodiel Process capable of utilizing a variety of feed stocks. The process in brief consists of continuous trans esterification of oil/fat with methanol and the subsequent recovery and recycle systems for methanol and glycerine. Distillation Plants : Whether it is Azeotropic Distillation, Batch / Continuous Distillation, Extractive Distillation, Laboratory Distillation, Reactive Distillation or Vacuum Distillation, we have a cost efficient and prompt solution. Fenix has inhouse engineering capabilities and simulation tools like ASPEN PLUS, which enable us to do fast and correct process simulation, optimization and process design. AspenPlus (version AspenONE 2006) for process simulation Designers Desktop for mechanical design of equipment TZValve (version 5.0) for tray design and troubleshooting PCOL (version 1.1) for random packing design and hydraulics and other softwares developed in-house.
