When they are vacated we remove all remaining Items... Such as pallet racking, entire heating systems, plywood, packaging systems, laboratory equipment.... Etc. We then sell these items very quickly for reasonable amounts. Sometimes we will broker an item... We bring the buyer and seller together and charge a 10% finders fee.... We have even brokered 25,000 yards of topsoil for Ikea! We make it our business to accommodate the customer. |
