| About | ECU Electronics Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in Hefei Hi-tech Zone, which is the largest high-tech industrial base in Anhui Province. Established in Nov 1992, our company received a total investment of 27.5 million RMB from China Electronic Technology Group No. 38 Research Institute. ECU has been ranked as the leading manufacturer for our initial product - Model R transformer and improves our brand image as a professional power supply manufacturer by following the advanced power supply technology and concept around the world. In June, 1995, ECU acquired the title of "Outstanding High-tech Enterprise of Anhui Province", In August, we passed UL certification and then closely entered into foreign market. In 1998, ECU cooperated with Tamura Corporation, a well-known Japanese manufacturer of transformers, and established a joint venture "ECU Tamura Electric Co., Ltd.", cooperating in the production of EI transformers. In 2001, ECU organized our own professional research and development team for the development of new products and marched towards the field of switching power supply. In 2005, as a complement for military production, ECU established a Special Component Department, producing high energy pulse capacitors, components and high-voltage transformers. In July 2006, ECU moved out the business of R-core transformers and toroidal transformers. We were devoted to power supplies and relative components. A series of products concerning switching power supplies and relevant components, self-developed by ECU, have been widely applied in military and civilian fields, such as industry, communications, finance, healthcare, protection and airborne equipment. 60% of all these products are exported to foreign countries. By integrating market resources and daring innovation, ECU has made arduous efforts and reaped in recognition: In 1999, products passed the certification of ISO9002:1994. In 2006, our company was certified by the Ministry of Information Industry as the "qualified Supplier of Electronic Components for Military Purpose", and received the "Certificate for the Research and Production of Military-Grade Electronic Devices". Series of products are compliant with RoHS system. In Nov, 2006, products passed the certifications of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 Health and Environment Safety System. In Dec of the same year, products passed the certification of GJBISO19001:2000. In Sep, 2007, series of power supplies charging for lead-acid battery passed CE certification.
