A great analogy for the three brands is to compare dh, drexel and heritage to the BMW 300,500, and 700 series. DH is the gen-x transitional collection aimed at the 25-32 consumer looking to create their own style not of their parents generation. The Drexel brand is for the mid-aged consumer who can afford higher quality of living and has an idea of the style that defines their lives. The Heritage collection is for the more affluent consumer and the highest price range. Drexel Heritage has Lillian August, who has her own designer collection of beauitful 19th century European designs. The collections range from gen-x transtional to European elegance to European country to American styles to 18th and 19th traditonal to modern neo-classical to coastal cottage---all of which are custom built to your clientele. The company was bought by Furniture Brands International, which is the holding company for Henredon, Thomasville... Etc. Drexel Heritage has undergone new management and in the past two years has taken the company to the top of the industry. Mainly a domestic company in the United States, Drexel is opening its doors to international dealers.
