Products: For standard components, we are able to manufacture strictly according to the standards of MISUMI, HASCO, PUNCH, DME, STRACK, CUMSA, and others, as well as ISO, DIN, ANSI, JIS, GB, and Taiwanese standards. Our products include die sets, leader pins and bushings, terminal mode guide posts, stripper guide pins and bushings, self-lubricating bushings, ejector pins and sleeves, punches, independent guide posts, springs, and others. For non-standard mould components, we are adept at sliders, die and stripper inserts, edge punches, core pins, and others according to your requirements. 2. Equipment: We have 6 workshops equipped with highly precise advanced machines such as Sodick ware EDM, Longmen CNC, CNC Gun Drill Machines, High-speed CNC Lathes, Surface Grinders, Cylinder Grinders, Punch Grinders, Centerless Grinders, and more. We have equipment for heat treatment. We can do nitridizing and brunofix by ourselves. 3. Quality: We have 18 QC staff. They do well in IQC, PQC and OQA depending on advanced test machines, such as metallographic analyzers, 3D/2D automatic measuring machines, projectors, surface roughness instruments, roundness instruments, digital hardness testers, and others.
