| About | Danlac Canada Inc. Provides cheesemaking supplies, cheesemaking equipment, yoghurt making supplies and meat and dairy bacteria cultures to the food processing industry in Canada. We are a distributor of the Danisco line of starter meat and dairy cultures and media to the food processing industry in general with emphasis on the dairy food processing industry. We also supply rennet, lipase and other enzymes for cheese producers. Our clients are involved in dairy food processing for both commercial and private customers. Our customers make products such as cheese, yoghurt, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, quark, kefir, soya products and meats for sale to retail outlets and to private customers directly.
