Hydrotalcite for PVC Heat Stabilizer (Polylizer-120) Polylizer-120 is one of DOOBON's synthetic hydrotalcite series and can be used for stabilizing PVC. It shows well-performance in Ca-Zn stabilizer which is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic and heavy metal free. Polylizer-120 also has been shown effective performance for compounding in green house master batch application. 2. Synthetic Hydrotalcite-Neutralizer ( CLC-120) DOOBON Hydrotalcite, CLC-120, is commonly used As acid neutralizers for polyolefin and other polymers. It has exchangeable anions that can deactivate Residual chloride ion from Ziegler-Natta, Friedel-Craft or other acid polymerization catalysts. This is achieved by exchanging carbonate anions For chloride ions and fixing the latter in a Stable crystalline structure. |
